Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
What can be returned
- Unused items in their original packaging.
- Items that arrived damaged or defective.
- Items that don't match the description.
What cannot be returned
- Personal hygiene products (e.g. earphones, beauty items) once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.
- Custom or personalised products.
- Gift cards.
How to return
- Email info@croseo.se with your order number.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions.
- Drop off the package at your local carrier within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds can take an additional 3–10 days to appear.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is free if the item arrived defective or wrong. Otherwise, a flat return label fee of $4.95 is deducted from your refund.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they receive the goods, under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day policy extends this voluntarily.
