These Terms of Service govern your use of Qshop, operated by iCRO-SEO Digital Agency AB (org.nr 559086-8757). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and contract

A binding contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock shortage, suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable sales tax/VAT where required. Payment is processed at checkout via our secure payment provider.

3. Delivery

4. Right of withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. See our Returns Policy for details. We voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return window for most products.

5. Warranty and complaints

Consumers benefit from the statutory warranty under EU consumer law and Swedish Konsumentköplagen. If a product is defective, contact info@croseo.se within a reasonable time after discovery.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Qshop — including logos, text, images and code — is owned by iCRO-SEO Digital Agency AB or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumer disputes can be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
