Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.
Delivery times
- USA & Canada: 7–15 business days (express 5–10)
- Europe & UK: 8–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days
Most orders arrive within the lower end of these windows. During peak periods or for items shipped from overseas warehouses, delivery may take a few additional days.

- Standard worldwide shipping: $4.95
- Express shipping (select regions): from $9.95
Tracking your order
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also follow it on our Track order page.
Customs & duties
For international orders outside the US, customs duties or import VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact info@croseo.se and we'll investigate with the carrier.
